Thank you for shopping with STATEMENTS! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return and refund policy is designed to make the process easy and hassle-free.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, perfumes, and damage.

Certain items, such as undergarments, swimwear, and clearance items that are final sale cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Hello@statementsla.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund after 21 days, contact us at Hello@statementsla.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
