Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. After receiving your order confirmation email, you'll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Express shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
